Products Liability

We understand the toll that product liability cases can take on the success of a product line and its impact on the bottom line.  Our products lawyers combine technical sophistication and proven trial skills.  They have handled some of the most complicated and challenging cases to come before Kansas courts.  Their successes have our clients coming back again and again.

We have defended claims involving a dizzying array of products, including pharmaceuticals and medical devices, building materials, electrical equipment, packaging equipment, automobiles, tires and tire changers, construction equipment, food, chemicals, industrial equipment and a variety of consumer products.

Our clients are large and small companies. Some are insured.  Others are self-insured. For some of our clients we provide services on an as-needed basis that, in larger company, may be provided by a staff attorney, including providing counsel on issues involving product distribution, insurance, product  instructions and warnings, warranties, disclaimers, limitations of remedy and other terms and conditions in sales, leasing and licensing documents.
