Nichole Caldwell is an associate with Hite, Fanning & Honeyman L.L.P.  She concentrates her practice in the areas of:

  • Medical malpractice defense
  • Legal malpractice defense
  • Personal injury defense
  • Civil litigation defense

Nichole is admitted to practice in the states of Kansas and Missouri.  She is a member of the Wichita, Kansas and American Bar associations.

She received her B.S.E.T. in plastics engineering technology with a minor in physical science from Pittsburg State University.  Nichole obtained her J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law where she also obtained certificates in advocacy and media law & technology.

While in law school, Nichole served as vice president of the Environmental Law Society and was also a member of Women in Law.  Prior to joining Hite, Fanning & Honeyman L.L.P., Nichole was a student clerk for the Honorable James P. O’Hara, Magistrate Judge for the U.S. District Court, District of Kansas.

Nichole joined Hite, Fanning & Honeyman L.L.P. in 2014.

In her spare time, Nichole enjoys spending time with her new family and participating in outdoor sports such as running, soccer, skiing and golf.
