Our law firm is a limited liability partnership, managed largely by an elected Executive Committee. The committee members are Don Gribble, Scott Hill and Linda Parks. The firm relies on its managing partner for day-to-day operational decisions, a role capably filled by Scott Hill since July 2022. Scott’s leadership skills, business savvy, and attention to detail assure the firm is lead with a steady hand. His vision and commitment will lead the firm into a stable and flourishing future while honoring the visions of previous leaders. 

Hite, Fanning & Honeyman has long been a leader in embracing diversity in all areas. Linda Parks served as Managing Partner from the firm’s inception in 2001 through 2022 and to our knowledge was the largest law firm with a female managing partner in the region. Although she was originally the first female partner and the only female partner for over a decade at the firm’s previous incarnation, her dedication to the leadership of women in the practice of law resulted in seven of the firm’s 19 attorneys being women.

In addition to serving on the firm’s three-person Management Committee, Scott devotes significant time to firm management and marketing matters as well as being involved in the community. He currently serves as President-Elect of the Wichita Bar Association and has recently served as president of the Kansas Bar Foundation. Scott also supports many community organizations through contributions and support of community events.
