Brad LaForge is a partner in the firm and has earned the Preeminent AV Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which is awarded to those reaching the highest ethical standards and legal ability. Brad is a talented litigator and concentrates his practice in the areas of wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, auto and trucking accidents, product liability, premises liability, and large value property loss.
Brad brings to the table experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex matters before juries, judges and appellate courts at both the state and federal levels. This provides him a unique perspective on the issues involved in litigation and the problems facing both his clients and the opposition. This is unique perspective repeatedly translates into favorable results for his clients.
In the community, Brad is active in his church and is on the Board of Directors of StepStone, Inc., a program helping women and children escape domestic abuse. In connection with his efforts with StepStone, Brad received the Champions of Respect Award. Brad is also on the board of Dear Neighbor Ministries, which works with impoverished families. In 2018 Brad received the YMCA's Coach of the year award in connection with his years as a youth coach.
Brad was raised in Parsons, Kansas. He and his wife, Shalom, devote considerable time to the raising of their three young children.
