Bio

Brad LaForge is a partner at the firm and has earned the prestigious AV Preeminent® Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, recognizing his exceptional legal ability and high ethical standards.  He is also recognized as a Kansas Super Lawyer and “top rated attorney” in civil litigation. A skilled litigator, Brad focuses his practice on wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, auto and trucking accidents, product liability, premises liability, and large-scale property loss.

With extensive experience representing plaintiffs and defendants, Brad has handled complex cases before juries, judges, and appellate courts at the state and federal levels. This dual perspective allows him to understand the nuances of litigation from both sides, leading to favorable outcomes for his clients. Brad is admitted to practice in Kansas state and federal courts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.  He is a member of the Wichita, Kansas and American Bar associations, the Kansas Association of Defense Counsel (KADC), the Defense Research Institute (DRI), and is a Fellow of the Kansas Bar Association.

Outside of his legal practice, Brad is deeply committed to his community. He serves on the Board of Directors for StepStone, Inc., an organization dedicated to helping women and children escape domestic abuse. He has been honored with the Champions of Respect Award for his work with them. He also serves on the board of Dear Neighbor Ministries, which assists impoverished families. In 2018, Brad was recognized as the YMCA's Coach of the Year for his dedication to youth sports and character development.

Brad grew up in Parsons, Kansas. He and his wife, Shalom, are devoted to raising their three children and place a strong emphasis on family life.
