Bio

Evan Hathway is an associate with the firm. He focuses on estate planning, probate, commercial law and business transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Evan also had a career in banking and brings practical experience in business transactions to the table. He attended Washburn School of Law and was Senior Staff Editor for the Washburn Law Journal and was also selected for publication while at the school. Evan offers a good combination of a strong academic understanding of commercial law with relevant hands-on business experience, even having served as vice president of the Haysville Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and participating in the Kansas Family Business Forum.

Evan received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Friends University and has been very involved in church leadership roles. He and his wife have three young children and look forward to raising their family in Wichita.
