Linda Parks practices in the areas of business transactions, banking, commercial real estate, creditors’ rights and estate planning. Linda has a diverse financial institution and transactional practice. She advises financial institutions on multi-million dollar loan transactions, loan purchases and sales, contractual matters and day-to-day operational matters. She is also a Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee and she is a member of the Kansas Banker’s Association.
Linda’s business clients are multifarious, providing her a broad background in many aspects of business matters. These clients include prominent financial institutions, a major construction company, a large national franchisee and various local and other clients in the business world. She also works with numerous individuals in business and estate planning concerns.
Linda also previously served as the managing partner at Hite, Fanning & Honeyman, a position she held since the inception of the firm. In 2011 she was appointed to the Blue Ribbon Commission, a commission formed by the Kansas Supreme Court to evaluate and make recommendations regarding the Kansas court system. In 2020 the Governor appointed Linda to Chair the Court of Appeals Nominating Commission for the State of Kansas.

Represents major banking enterprise in the day-to-day world of banking issues, including consumer loans, consumer relations, powers of attorney and vendor agreements.
Represents large restaurant franchisee in the acquisition, development and finance of numerous restaurants in a variety of states, including the negotiation of purchase or sale agreements, real estate title matters and closing the transaction.
Represents numerous real estate holding companies and developers in the negotiation of real estate purchase and sale agreements for large apartment complexes and a variety of commercial industries, as well as long term leasing and financing arrangements.
