Pam Saenz is an associate attorney at the firm, focusing primarily on civil litigation. She represents individuals and entities alike in state and federal courts in wrongful death, personal injury, auto and trucking accidents, product liability, and premises liability suits. Handling matters for both plaintiffs and defendants, Pam brings a unique, holistic understanding of litigation to the table which leads to favorable outcomes for clients.
Pam earned her Juris Doctor with honors from Washburn University School of Law and received a certificate in Law and Government. During law school, she took on leadership roles in the Hispanic American Law Students Association and the Genders and Sexualities Alliance. She was a member of the Jessup International Law Moot Court Team, where her love of litigation cemented itself. Pam further developed her legal and practical skills through internships that spanned a variety of fields, including work with the Kansas legislature, representation of indigent clients in immigration matters, and research on international cultural preservation efforts.
Before attending law school, Pam graduated from Wichita State University with double majors in International Studies and Spanish. While at WSU, she served as president of her women’s fraternity and as a student ambassador for the university. Pam is fluent in Spanish and brings a global perspective to her legal practice.
