Bio

Evan Hathaway is an associate with the firm. He is well-versed in estate planning, probate, commercial law, and business transactions. He attended Washburn University School of Law and was Senior Staff Editor for the Washburn Law Journal. With a banking background, he combines his solid academic knowledge with practical experience. Currently, he is the Chairman of the Wichita Bar Association Probate and Estate Committee.

Evan received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Friends University and has been very involved in church leadership roles. He and his wife have three young children and look forward to raising their family in Wichita.
